Wooh Hooo.... Just send them off after dinner and the round of "I'm the Boss".. Invited KY, DC, RX, DER, KL, KC, KT, SER and Jordan to my home for dinner (wanted to invite a few more people.. but......next time i will.).. hahaha.. not becos of any special occassion but simply my mum cooked 1 of her specialty - "Ayam Buah kerlua"(Peranakan food). Wanted to let my friends have a taste of peranakan food in a home setting ... have been describing my favourite food to them for the longest time finally they have a taste of it tonight... hopefully they like it.... (Actually my mum wanted to cooked more authentic peranakan food but becos of time constraint, she could only cooked 1 dish this time - cos preparation is very tedious work...maybe next time when i learnt other dishes from my mum then i shall be the one cooking ... hahahaha)
"Ayam Buah kerlua"- the dish in the middle... among the rest of the food.... the next best is the corn beef.. yummy....
