I ve just signed the appointment letter with my new company- UOB Group- UOB Life. The position is Assistant New Business Manager at the Sales Support Department..… Official Start date is on the 1st of April 2009.. its quite a good company I feel, the Benefits Fringe that is offered is quite good as well. Want to thank God for His Grace. Because of the current economy, the Spore government said that the average waiting time for employment is around 3-4 months…
BUT Praise The Lord!, I got this position in about 1 month plus from my last permanent employment and during this 1 month , I still have a temp job to keep me going… PTL! God is not being ‘controlled’ in the economy, He is Above the economy, and those whom He love will be alive in famine.. A Great Book says this in one of the chapters:

“Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear Him, On those who hope in His mercy, To deliver their soul from death, And to keep them alive in famine.”

Even though I have mixed feelings – Feelings of whether am I able to be effective in my new job, will the working environment be conducive , will I be able to work well with the new colleagues, etc..… (hahaha maybe I think too much liao…) I know that “All things will work together for the good to those who love HIM and to those who are called according to HIS purposes!!!!” Yeah…. So No Fear…..

Want to use this opportunity to thank my present Bosses that I am working part-time for. Whether will they get a chance to read this, I still want to thank them for their trust and basically they allowed me to work in an environment of freedom and for me to work on my forte… hahaha…. And also because of this part-time position in the midst of careers transitions, I did not have to suffer much of an Income Loss… So THANK YOU Bosses, You know who you are if you happen to read this (Hmmmmm if not never mind, I will catch up with you) … hahahahaha..…
