Dear "many" readers/ followers of this blog.. Thank you for your concern...dun know if the words that i used in my previous entry made me appeared to be very sad, BUT in actual fact i am not. Surprisingly i was quite happy, confident and relieved. when i met up with my manager that spoke to me when i tendered, she said:" i tot you will be very sad, but you did not leh." i said to her:" what is there to be sad about." You might not believed, but i felt positive.. hahaha

The negative thing that i felt in the whole scenario is about the leave thingy...Few days ago I actually wanted to apply 2 1/2 days of Annual Leave for my Traffic Police test (next week) and lesson, but was told to take No Pay Leave cos company is not doing well, i understand where they are coming from so i obliged.
Then on tuesday , i accidentally found out that my other colleage (japanese) who took 10 days of annual leave(paid), 4 days of marriage leave(paid) and 2 days of no pay leave.. what i feel indignant and sian about the whole thing is that she is still under probation (less than 3 months,in fact was only 1 month plus with us)but was given. For me (20 months with them), i was told that i have not "earned" the annual leave since its only Jan(at that time when i apply leave), when i confronted them .... they are so pian sing....they "ji jiao" wit me over the 2 1/2 days but gave 14 days to another person (dun know is it becos she is jap and we are a Jap Company).... this is just 1 of the negative thing that have triggered my decision to tender... hmmm, dun want to talk about the rest of it and spread here... so... hmmm.......

SO my decision made is a great one, No regrets!!!!! Though what is ahead of me might be vague, but i am positive about it ... i trust not just in myself but on His promises.........Thanks gals for your concern, i am really okay and positive... hahahahaha
